1. Definitions

"Service" refers to website development and managed services provided by Next SaaS Ltd.
"Client" refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.
"Deliverables" refers to all code, designs, and materials created as part of the service.

Next SaaS Ltd provides the following services:

  • Rapid Development Process: First preview within 24 hours, daily deliverables to track progress
  • Modern Web Stack: Next.js 14 & React with full source code access
  • Scalable Architecture: Infrastructure ready for growth
  • Authentication System: Secure user management and access control
  • Payment Integration: Secure payment processing system setup
  • Content Management: Easy content updates and management
  • Performance Foundation: Built for speed from the ground up
  • Responsive Design: Professional UI across all devices
  • Custom Domain Setup: Professional domain configuration
  • Developer Access: Complete codebase and documentation
  • Launch Support: Technical guidance for deployment

Managed Web Services

  • Infrastructure Management: Automated hosting and scaling
  • SEO Optimization: Continuous search engine optimization
  • Quality Assurance: Regular testing and performance audits
  • Analytics Monitoring: Detailed tracking and reporting
  • Growth Optimization: A/B testing and conversion optimization

3. Service Terms

  • Development projects begin upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit
  • Managed services are billed annually with a 40% discount compared to monthly billing
  • All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal date

4. Intellectual Property

  • Custom code ownership transfers to client upon full payment
  • Next SaaS Ltd retains ownership of pre-existing components and frameworks
  • Clients receive perpetual license to use any proprietary tools included in their solution

5. Service Level Agreement

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for hosted services
  • 24/7 emergency support with 1-hour response time for critical issues
  • Weekly backups with 30-day retention

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely provision of necessary content and feedback
  • Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
  • Compliance with acceptable use policies

7. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required for development projects
  • Annual subscriptions billed in advance
  • Late payments subject to service interruption after 7 days
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason whatsoever

8. Limitation of Liability

Next SaaS Ltd's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

  • 30 days written notice required for service cancellation. No refunds will be provided for any payments already made
  • Data provided in standard format upon request
  • Immediate termination available for breach of terms

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
